“The Church has left the building.” On Sunday, May 16th, from 9 am to 6 pm , we will meet and pray together before heading out into the community in teams of service to ‘be the church.’ The 8:45 am service will still be held and the 11:00 am service is canceled that day. We are presently taking projects that will take 2 to 7 hours to complete. Inside or outside jobs. Nothing is too small. Submit your service project needs or the needs of a friend or neighbor to the church office mailbox or email to church@sandyhook.org. You will be contacted by the project coordinator to determine time and materials needed. In the meantime, mark your calendar to spend the day of May 16th serving together and then finish the day with fellowship together at dinner at the church at 6 pm.

Everyone and all ages are invited to join us as we go to the Pepsi Coliseum to see the Indiana Ice Hockey Game at the Pepsi Coliseum (State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis). The game is on Friday, March 26^th at 7:00 pm and the cost is just $9 per adult, $7 for children 10 and under. Sign up on the bulletin board in the hallway.

Save the date of Saturday, March 13th! Sandy Hook Church is hosting a Dave Ramsey Live Event Simulcast  coming to us from Dallas, Texas. The event will be from 1 to 6 pm in the sanctuary and Kenny plans to cook you dinner afterwards! More details soon!

I invite you to a special time of standing before our Holy God. We will pray, seek forgiveness, renew our commitments, and celebrate God’s love for us February 17^th, 7 pm at our Ash Wednesday Service. This is the time and place to begin your Lenten season.
