Join others for several more sessions discussing Christian parenting. We will meet for 3 Sunday evenings 5:00-7:00 pm starting Sunday September 12. (Sept. 12, 19 and 26) We are meeting at the church and babysitting is provided. We will be using material from Confident Parenting by Jim Burns. Sessions are led by Linda and Dale Guse. There is no homework required. Free. Come for as few or as many sessions as you desire. Please use the sign-up list to express interest (this is not committing you to anything!).

The Power and Meaning of Jesus’ Words — Join us for a new sermon series beginning September 19, as we delve into this powerful prayer, line by line.  We’ll discover what Jesus meant when he shared it with his disciples over 2000 years ago.  We’ll learn why this prayer was actually radical and controversial in its time.  And, we’ll discover it’s relevance for our lives today.

FREE to the community! BACK-TO-SCHOOL BASH on Saturday, September 4 from 1-3 pm! An afternoon filled with carnival games and prizes, hot dogs on the grill and ice cream! 

“They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching (worship/teaching time) and to the fellowship (eating, caring, sharing), to the breaking of bread (communion) and to prayer (individual and corporate). Everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and miraculous signs were done by the apostles.” Acts 2:42-43 (NIV) On the last Sunday of every month, meet after the 11:00 am worship service (around 12:15-12:30 pm) for Believers Eat Together time. Bring your own picnic lunch or run through a drive-thru after church and come back. If the weather is good we will be at the picnic tables, if the weather is not, we will be in Fellowship Hall down by the kitchen.
